Elwina 2
This apartment is about 35 square metres large. It is a one-room apartment with en-suite bathroom and an extra kitchen. With its comfortable double-bed (to fold up, so during day-time it is a normal living-room, have a look at the show below!) the apartment is ideal for two guests, but there is an extra sofa-bed, too, providing the possibility to sleep for two more people. The sofa-bed, being folded up during day-time, is a normal sofa (have a look at the picture). In an extra corner is a dining-table with 3 seats.
Elwina 2 has a kitchen which is accessible from the living room. The kitchen has been newly equipped in 2009 with furnishings from LEICHT-Küchen. There is a large work top of fine granite (indian light) with a sink from high-grade steel, a cooking-stove with a surface from glass (CERAN, 4 hotplates), dishwasher, microwave, fridge, deep-freeze, coffeemaker and so on. In the different cupboards you will find all kitchen utensils you need and plenty of china, pots and pans. The bathroom has been newly designed and renovated in 2009, too. Here are a shower, wash-basin from glass and WC. A hair-dryer is available.
In Elwina 2 you will have a flatscreenTV (satellite), DVD, a mobile phone of your own (Swiss net), and a safe. Elwina 2 has a large balcony as well and a so called portico, which is an extra area of the balcony, providing shade on very hot days. Wherever you are in Elwina 2, even from the kitchen, you will have the same excellent great view of the Lake Lago Maggiore as in Elwina 1.
Together with Elwina 1 is a washing-machine in an extra room at your disposal.
